Nishu Emde is the lead instructor at Global Agile Training and a Certified Advanced SAFe® Practice Consultant, the highest credential SAFe offers. She has spent more than two decades leading agile transformations inside large enterprises, and she teaches from that experience: the same practices, the same tradeoffs, the same teams working to deliver at scale.
Alongside her Advanced SPC certification she holds the PMP, CSM, and Six Sigma credentials. Her approach in the classroom is practical and hands-on. She keeps every class small, works through real questions instead of slides, and helps working professionals leave with a certification they can use and the judgment to apply it on Monday morning.

Why we exist
Most certification training is built for volume: hundred-person webinars where your questions go unanswered. We took the opposite approach. Every class is capped at ten students so the instructor can teach, answer questions, and coach, instead of presenting slides to a crowd.
We focus exclusively on the SAFe® framework for project managers and agile professionals, which means our material, examples, and coaching are tailored to the real challenges you'll face leading delivery at scale.
